Jenna Arnold & Stacy London are two friends who have (just, like, once or twice 😫) beat ourselves up for not knowing how to do, solve, process...hold all the obstacles being tossed our way. we always have to remind the other to be kinder to themselves while quietly craving the same self compassion.
